Yinghong Wen has been engaged in the research on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) theory and electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection technology of railway system for a long time, and has made technical break-through in the field of the on-site EMI characteristic measurement and analysis of high-speed EMUs in online operation, EMC modeling, prediction and optimization of the whole vehicle, forming the basic theory and technical application system of EMC optimization of high-speed EMUs. She has provided solid technical support for the opening, operation, transformation and maintenance of the Chinese electrified railway and high-speed railway. She has been responsible for more than 20 national, provincial/ministerial projects, such as the NSFC key projects and the Ministry of Equipment Development’s key pre-research projects. She has published 10 monographs and more than 120 SCI/EI papers. She has formulated and revised 11 national standards on EMC and authorized 21 patents. She was selected as the third batch of innovative leading talents of the National “Ten Thousand Talents Plan” and the young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leading talents of the Ministry of Science and Technology. She won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (3rd ranking), Jeme Tienyow Achievement Award, and the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Railway Society.

闻映红老师长期从事轨道交通系统的电磁兼容理论和电磁干扰防护技术研究,攻克了在线运营高速动车组现场电磁骚扰特性测量分析、整车电磁兼容性建模、预测与优化等关键技术难题,形成了高速动车组整车电磁兼容性优化基础理论和技术应用体系。为我国电气化铁路、高速铁路的开通、运营、改造与维护提供坚实的技术支撑。主持完成国家自然科学基金重点项目、装备发展部预先研究重点项目等国家级和省部级项目20余项。出版专著10部,撰写SCI/EI检索论文120余篇,授权专利21项,制修订电磁兼容国家标准11部。入选第三批国家“万人计划”创新领军人才,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。荣获国家科技进步二等奖(排名第3)、詹天佑成就奖、中国铁道学会科技进步一等奖等。
